- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of the request. This is used to operate and secure the site.
- Usage statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records aggregate information such as pages visited, the site that referred you and the type of device used. It does not use cookies and is not used to identify you personally.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect payment details.

Browser storage & analytics
My Limits Tracker. The My Limits Tracker saves the limits and entries you type into it in your own browser's local storage. That information stays on your device: it is never sent to our servers or to anyone else, and you can remove it at any time by clearing the tracker or your browser's site data.
Cloudflare. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which routes and protects traffic and helps pages load quickly. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymous traffic monitoring: it counts visits and page performance without cookies, and without identifying you personally.
Disclosure and overseas storage
We only share personal information with service providers who help us run the site, such as our website host and analytics provider (Cloudflare) and our email provider, and only as needed for them to provide that service. Some of these providers store information outside New Zealand. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected in a way that is comparable to the safeguards in the Privacy Act 2020. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Storage, security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, use, modification and disclosure, including using encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site. We keep emails and other personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and then delete it.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it. To make a request, email us at [email protected]. We will respond as soon as reasonably practicable and within 20 working days. We may need to verify your identity before releasing information.

This website is intended only for adults aged 20 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 20.
